Join us for a vibrant celebration of Black LGBTQI+ culture and community at the Global Black Pride Festival in Atlanta. This festival is a safe space to honor diverse sexualities, gender identities, and expressions, bringing together our global community for both celebration and activism.

Let's kick-off Atlanta Black Pride Celebration with a special Shoot Your Shot Wednesdays: LGTQ+ Edition Live In-Person hosted by Lamont White. LGBTQ+ single and couples will answer dating and relationship questions in-front of a live audience, while being streamed on Instagram. Atlanta Black Pride Weekend, which touts itself as the world’s largest Black Gay Pride event, will be elevated this year by efforts from Global Black Pride.

The event will feature several. Shhh…the movie is starting! Any films requiring a content or trigger warning will have them listed before each film. Doors at PM. Event starts at 7PM. Parking is FREE with validation! The Plaza Theatre was the first property in all of Atlanta to have its own off-street parking and has a handful of parking options see a visual guide below. The lobby, box office, bar, concession stand, bathrooms and LeFont auditoriums are wheelchair-accessible.

This event will have amplified sound. Earbuds will be available. The event takes place indoors and is seated. There are accessible restrooms and exits. We love cats, dogs and critters — but unless they're a service animal, please keep them safe at home. PPE will be supplied at the door. These workshops are all ages unless noted otherwise ; content of each workshop is up to attendee discretion.

Parking can be found in the side and back lot of the venue and on nearby streets and lots. The event takes place indoors. This open forum invites participants to explore the intersections of BDSM, kink, and shame within the Black community with their peers. Through candid discussion, we will unpack the ways historical oppression, generational trauma, and cultural narratives around power and control shape our relationships with pleasure, submission, dominance, and consent.
