Gay For Good New York City mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) and ally volunteers to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader New York City community. All event volunteers are required to attend a training session before Pride season gets under way at the NYC Pride Rally (June 16).

Heritage of Pride is committed to recruiting dedicated, reliable volunteers to assist in the production and execution of New York City’s annual Pride events. Though volunteers need not identify as LGBTQIA+, it is imperative that all volunteers be LGBTQIA+ affirming and support the ongoing struggle for full equality.
